How to use:
MIXING RATIO: 1:2 with – Oxid’o 5 Vol. to tone without lifting. – Oxid’o 10-20 Vol. to tone while uniforming the color, thanks to the slight lifting action. HOW TO USE: apply to dry hair. Where there is a mixture of streaks and natural hair, the Evolution of the Color3 Harmonizers mixture may lighten the natural base. PROCESSING TIME: 10-20 minutes depending on the degree of lift and tone desired. Shampoo hair then rinse thoroughly.
